Very bad service, they never call me to tell me how my case is going. I call them. I don't know how they handle things, but I've been here for 10 months and they don't give me any answers. I'm thinking about removing the case because I've had a bad experience.

This is a call center and they collect all information and transfer from one to one. Not recommended at all, should I contact someone legit.
