They stole my money and never delivered the filing that I paid for. Do not pay by Zelle or cash by getting lured by the discount. When I escalated the issue, they said that the employee who charged me no longer worked there and this was not their problem because she was the one who scammed me. I was the customer of the business, not the customer of the employee! The owner, who is supposedly an attorney, obviously does not know the basic underlying law that the employees of a company are the representatives of that company. Otherwise, no one would ever be able to sue businesses for frauding and scramming the customers on business premises and with business services but, instead, would have to sue individual employees. Thankfully, I was able to do a charge back on my credit card. If this business has scammed you, please report them to the Los Angeles County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs.
