I called in one day in desperation to get help since I had a dead line to meet. Narcisa had me keep calling back every day to see if they're able to help or not. Repeatedly asked me to call back at 2:30 . Most of the the time I wouldn't be able to call at the exact time since I would be at work where I am not just able to step away, but I would call when I could. This went on for about a week. Then finally one Monday that I got off work early, I called had me call back later cause they're on lunch. Call back again, to ask me to call back again because she still doesn't know if they're able to help me or not. Called the third time and finally, she makes an ppt for me. Go in to my appt, helps me prepare my docs. Didnt even meet with the actual lawyer. and all she's doing is copying information from my previous documents that she asked me to bring in to add to the new documents she's preparing for me. Anywho, reviewed the first set of documents they were fine. The second set of documents I wasn't given to review. Everything was put in an envelope for me, was asked if I brought the money order so they can put in and seal so I can ship, which I didn't so they didn't seal the envelope. This all occurred during closing time. I had to get to a meeting so did not review the documents until I arrived home. Reviewed my documents, there was so many mistakes. I was surprised with the amount of mistakes that were made on that second document . I'll have to hire someone else. I can't imagine what would of happen to my case of I had just listened and shipped out. Don't waste your time coming here. Lawyer doesn't meet you unless it's something worth more money to handle. Above that, sitting area is so unorganized, that they have all sort of documents right infront of you. If left unattended information can be compromised. People walk in and out in myths of your interaction so also gets a full peek of your interaction. If u can provide a zero, I would.
