The Chad Jones law firm was fantastic to work with. The communicated quickly and effectively. They answered my questions in full. They worked hard for me and did an amazing job!
I was very hesitant at first to pursue legal counsel. I wasn’t trying to “get money” or seek more than I deserved, like people often assume. But after getting the runaround from multiple doctors’ offices in Lubbock who wouldn’t see car accident–related injuries, I realized I needed help. I had never heard of Chad Jones Law Firm before, and honestly, I was afraid of being taken advantage of. However, after months of pain, feeling limited in my daily life, and not knowing how to navigate the process, Chad Jones Law Firm stepped in and took so much of the stress off my shoulders. Chris was an incredible case manager. He was attentive, empathetic, compassionate, and reassuring every step of the way. Through constant life changes — moving, starting a new job, and attending multiple doctor appointments — Chris and the team made the process feel manageable and far less overwhelming. I wouldn’t have known I was one of his first cases if he hadn’t mentioned it; his professionalism and dedication were evident from the start. You see billboards and commercials for injury law firms everywhere, but speaking from personal experience, if I or anyone I know ever needed an injury attorney, I would confidently recommend Chad Jones Law Firm.
