I told him we had a deal.The next month was pretty much painless during this process.The pain was me having to find some necessary documents.Sam is honest,personable,and efficient.I recommend him and his firm without ANY hesitation.If ypu must go through this challenging ordeal do it with this guy.He will go out of his way to protect you and finalize the procedure and he talks to you,treats you, like a friend.
