Mr. Meltz has a great delivery in the courtroom which helped establish a great and compelling argument for my mother during one of the most uncertain times of her life when receiving a sentence for a money laundering charge. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and was able to obtain a variance to lower her sentence by focusing on my mother’s good works outside of this ugly situation. Thankfully my mother has lived an exemplary life beyond the error she made and it helped her tremendously. Who is Jonathan Scott Meltz? If you read his credentials and have an issue with healthcare, you might think that you have found the right lawyer. WRONG. This individual only cares about money and not about your case. I had him for 4 years and his defense was very poor at best. Why? Because he is a money hungry attorney and does not practice ethically. He got paid plenty of money in the beggining and was moving at a decent pace. When the money started to run out, his defense became idle. The slowing of the payments became a limiting factor, but he continued to get paid. That costed my freedom. I worked very hard to provide Mr.Meltz with key facts. He never read them. I was wrongly convicted of a crime that I was not guilty of. He failed to honor his oath as an attorney to be the voice of your client. If you are looking for an attorney for your healthcare issues, do not choose Jonathan Meltz. Good luck.

Took them two years then the government dropped the case of fraudulent billing there on the take with the government with over 1000 documented fraudulent cases so the government must’ve paid them off and we got nothing. So if you’re a whistleblower do not use this law group they will not put any effort in to righting the wrongs they let the government do all the work and keep extending till time runs out without contacting you.
