I am extremely disappointed with the decline in service at Chavez Law Firm since the passing of the main attorney. What was once a reliable firm has become disorganized and negligent. I referred multiple clients to this office, and several of them experienced the same serious issue: lack of communication and failure to properly handle court appearances. Calls and messages went unanswered, and important court information was not clearly communicated. In my own case, I repeatedly requested updates on court dates and received no timely response. I was later told that a court date had already passed and that notice was allegedly sent, despite my attempts to follow up beforehand. As a result of this lack of communication and follow-through, I now have an active warrant for my arrest. The firm later stated they no longer handle traffic cases and that the attorney assigned was no longer with the firm, but this was not clearly explained in advance or handled responsibly. Clients should not suffer legal consequences due to internal staffing changes or poor communication. This experience has been stressful, damaging, and completely avoidable. I strongly urge anyone considering this firm to proceed with caution. Proof we were clients incase they state we aren’t! Like other reviews
