Yesterday made seven years to the date of the incident at LA Fitness. Even though the case is closed I want to say I appreciate your effort and commitment. We both should I have been reimbursed and set straight by now. But the only thing I didn’t agree with is you letting my estranged brothers know my case status. That’s personal information that I didn’t want people knowing and I told you that in advance. Win or lose, it wasn’t their business. But you didn’t listen to me. But God bless you.

I reached out to Cheeley recently to review my case for a faulty GM engine. I spoke with Nick W. who took the time to hear my concerns and unique situation. Nick could have strongly suggested that I join the class action law suit with their firm but instead suggested I seek an individual lawsuit. I was incredibly impressed that he was more invested in ensuring I received the best possible outcome over business. I would highly recommend them just based on my interactions so far with these law firm.
