David was very helpful and patient, and pointed me to several directions, and also provided me the California Civil Codes to argue against the rental car company. waste of time. Does not seem to have any manners. wasted so much time just to schedule an initial call. wasted time to wait for their call, and they finally called when there is only 5 mins left for the scheduled meeting (expecting me to sit around and just wait for them? no thanks); called back after a few mins seeing their call, and wasted another 5mins talking to assistant, telling him I would like reschedule, and the lawyer called again when I'm not available. I emailed a bunch of people including the lawyer about my availability after seeing the missed call, and they never get back to me on a rescheduled time. Instead they called again when I was obviously not available which I stated clearly in my email. What are you expecting? Does your JD education not teach you to be punctual and have mutual respect and everyone is busy so schedule a time beforehand especially as a service provider? It's a total waste of time.
