Christiansen Trial Lawyers

The most unprofessional firm I've ever encountered. I contacted them a full month ago and have gotten no communication other than to respond to my inquiries with new excuses each time only to continue to not get back to me. First the attorneys were in depositions, then the "main attorney" was abroad, which nobody ever mentioned until I emailed after WEEKS of waiting to see what was going on. I was then told someone would get back to me this past Tuesday and (surprise!) its now Thursday and still no communication from anyone. Luckily, these are major red flags that let me know I would NEVER want to trust any lawsuit to these people, so I guess I dodged a bullet.

Great staff & service

UPDATE: After leaving this review, I was contacted by one of the lawyers in an attempt to persuade me to delete the review. Also, my car insurance sent out a final check for my medpay and this firm made absolutely 0 attempt to contact me in regards to collecting MY check for over 10 days. I called and asked if they had received the check, they said no. I then had to call my insurance and have them confirm the status of the check; which they said the check had been deposited by Christensen Trial Lawyers. Only after I came back to the firm with evidence of what my insurance said; the check miraculously appeared. They asked me to go pick up my check and then had me purposely waiting for over 20 minutes just to hand me the check. Keeley, Heron, and the girl at the front desk were so incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout this entire process. If you’re not gonna butter these people up, they will gang up on you like some high school kids and make your experience unpleasant. i had a horrible car accident that totaled my car last year and was recommended this law firm. I regret working with this firm so badly I wish i could go back in time and go to my usual firm. after months of being left in the dark by my case manager this firm settled for a joke of an amount. with what i spent on a new car the settlement still had me in the negative. Bad communication and even worse settlement. wouldn’t reccomend this firm.
