I had a very disappointing experience with attorney regarding my TPO case. He told me that we would file a response before the hearing 2days but nothing was ever filed. When we showed up in court, he was completely unprepared and did not seem to know the details of my case at all. As a result, the judge did not accept my evidence, and I lost the case. After I talked to him he said your money only to come with you to court !!!!! This kind of lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable, especially in serious legal matters. I expected proper representation and support, but instead I was left without a defense.

My experience with Mr. Oliver is nothing short of outstanding. He handled my case with professionalism and care. His approach save my self and my son time and money. His very straightforward about the possible outcomes and always is one step ahead in planning our defense.
