I will say, I have never felt so disrespected and treated like a scolded child as I did in the conversation that I had with Mr. Trainor. I have never had an experience with a professional attorney that made me feel like I was incompetent. I want to say that if this is how you treat your customers, I surely do not want to be a part of you gaining from my case. We do not need financial gain from this case. We know that there may be a need for extended coverage with our insurance company, we know that there is a possible suit. I am not going to feel bullied by an attorney to get my son or daughter into medical treatment that we are not sure they need quite yet. To me, this is fraudulent and not necessary just for financial gain. While you were criticizing my phone answering skills, you were not able to answer the question that I asked you several times which was, what exactly does your team need from me? There was no answer, I asked your paralegal the same question without an answer. If there is criticism for not answering my phone, perhaps there should be a reasons for a phone call? I want to also say, I am a very successful businesswoman, respected, treated well by colleagues and have a program that is so successful. I should not as a customer feel I have to say these things, no one should be treated as I was during that phone call.

Website says they do product liability. They don't. And they laugh at your claims.

This is very untrue. Our office told you that you didn't have a case and to try to contact another attorney for another opinion. We currently don't see any cases filed in your name in Kalamazoo Courts. Apparently other attorneys feel the same.

My kids nanny got into an accident yesterday.. looked you guys up and decided to call on her behalf because she was in some pain. You guys have a person answering the phones that really don’t like the job their blessed with.I’m sure you guys lose a lot of business just due to the fact of the person answering your phone I had to ask her what she having a good day when we are the ones calling you guys because a potential client had the worst day so try making your employees go through some kind of training to sound happy when they answer the phone and appreciative

We log every single call into our office and I poured through our records and couldn't find any match to this name nor any intake matching the details of the potential case. We are like family here and strive to treat everyone with respect and gratitude. Based on our research we can confidently say this is a fake review.

Christopher Trainor & associates is one of the best law firms in the state of Michigan I have ever used. They are very thorough and always on time with anything I need.
