CHH helped our family after my SO suffered malpractice and consequently lifelong debilitation. We’d met with a few legal teams before we found our attorney, Dan Pylman. Our case was unique. It was hard to connect with someone who both understood the magnitude of what happened, and wanted to take on a potentially complicated legal battle. We had a few disappointing meetings and were just about ready to accept our loss, when we were referred to CHH. We filled out an online questionnaire and to our stupendous relief, we got a call from dan. Dan, (knowing a a good deal about seemingly everything) recognized immediately that our case was worth looking into. He couldn’t quite believe what had happened. A very different tone from the other legal teams. We worked with CHH and specifically Dan for years. I’ve seen just how he has come to be such a font of medical information. It also became clear just how much Dan loves his job. He was in his element when he was calling out the defenses lies, and taking them to task.
