i keep hearing in their radio commercials how they are "The best lawyers in America". Not true in my opinion. It seems , in my opinion, that they only want to take the easy cases.. i had a cataract surgery where the doctor rushed the surgery , out of greed to cram in as many in an hour as possible, and messed up and severed the nerve to my iris. Now it does not respond to light or dark. It's permanently damaged and i have blurry vision in my right eye for the rest of my life. I contacted Clifford, told them the story. Clifford said they would take the case, i tried to get the records, knowing that the pictures would not show what actually happened during the surgery. I told Clifford this too, and they assured me that it would be done with depositions . Six months after getting the records, and most likely realizing it was not going to be just an easy one and they would have to get statements from witnesses , (actually do some WORK) they told me they were not going to do it. So i am left half blind in my right eye and the company i hear advertised as "The best lawyers in america" on the radio all the time, WIMPS OUT.. Meanwhile, the doctor who did this to me goes on his merry way. And vision in my right eye is messed up for the rest of my life. I went to another doctor and they verified what i said above. But said that images alone would not be enough.. a real lawyer would have to bring in witnesses.. but, oh gee.. that would mean doing some actual work..
