I see the reviews for her father. But he retired and Laura took over.Laura is very nice but trust me find someone else. And....her assistant messed up on my case 3 times which probably cost me a year longer because of her mistakes!
Owner response
Please call the office and so that we can discuss what happened. We were successful is winning your case and I don’t believe we caused delays.
I want to express my gratitude to the fullest to the Brian Clymer Office for resolving my SS disability case.
I can still remember the day when I first reached out to him. I felt intimidated and nervous being the first time I had a need for an attorney. Immediately, I felt a sense of calm after talking to Brian Clymer. He listened and gave me confidence that my case was going to go through.
Mr. Clymer and his assistant Lorena were very profesional and courteous. They both had me informed all throughout my case. In those few times I had questions Lorena or the rest of his team would answer them immediately.
Brian, not only are you a great SS Disability attorney but a beautiful humble and caring person.
Thanks again for all your hard work!

I just spoke to his secretary - she immediately put me at ease and although they can't help me, she recommended me to some people who can. This agency is certainly worth a call to see if they can help YOU directly !! Loved how professional and friendly his secretary was !! 😀😀😊😊👍👍
MR CRYMER {BRIAN} IS VERY GOOD AT HIS JOB, I WANTED TO HIRE HIM RIGHT OFF THE BATT, HE SAID NOT RIGHT NOW BECOUSE IT WILL TAKE AWHILE FOR THINGS TO HAPPEN . THREW OUR TALKING I TOLD HIM I WAS ABOUT TO LOOSE MY HOUSE. NO MONEY. THIS IS HOW MUCH HE CARES. HE SAT WITH ME FOR 3 HOURS HELPING ME FILL OUT APPLICATION FOR SSDI. NO CHARGE. NOTHING HAPPENED FOR MANY MONTHS BUT I GOT TO LOOK ONLINE EVERYDAY TO SEE PROGRESS ON CASE. I CALLED A FEW TIMES HAVING QUESTIONS AND HE GOT BACK WITH ME AND REASURED ME. DDS CALLED ME ASKING QUESTIONS SO CALLED BRIAN AND THIS IS WHEN HE SAID IT TIME TO HIRE ME. BRIAN WALKED ME THREW EVERYTHING WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN AND COULD HAPPEN. APPEALS,JUDGE ECT. WE HAD TO TALK TO DDS AGAIN I WAS IN HIS OFFICE AND AT THE END BRIAN TOLD DDS IF THEY COULD TRY TO HURRY BECOUSE I WAS ABOUT TO LOOSE MY HOUSE. THANK GOD WITHIN 2 WEEKS SSDI MADE A DICISION AND I WAS AWARDED SSDI. I GOT SSDI FIRST TIME. GET ALL YOUR DOCTORS PAPERWORK FROM DAY ONE,ANYTHING THAT WILL SUPPORT YOUR CLAIM. BRIAN WILL MAKE COPPIES. THANK YOU BRIAN FOR YOUR HELP DAVID WAGSTER
I am so unbelievably happy that I was lucky enough to have Brian represent me with my SSDI case! I reached out to him after I was involved in a horrific car accident. I tried to continue working for about two years after the MVA, but unfortunately I was basically hopping from job to job every few months, as none of my employers were able to work with my numerous doctor appointments, and all the days I would miss for various medical reasons. When I first reached out to Mr. Clymer, he was incredibly kind and helpful. He walked me through the entire process, and told me not to retain his services yet, as I could do the initial application process on my own. That right there told me that he isn't out for your money like most disability attorneys are. When my application was denied, I again reached out to him, and again, he walked me through the process of filing a request for medical reconsideration without retaining him. He even helped one of my medical providers fill out paperwork over the phone, even though he technically was not my lawyer at the time. As expected, they denied the reconsideration request, and at that point in time I retained him. The countless hours of work he put in for me, all while reviewing well over 200 pages of medical records, is so appreciated. I then received even more very meticulous and confusing paperwork to fill out from SSDI, and he gladly walked me through every single section to ensure it was filled out correctly and promptly. When I got notification of my actual hearing date, Brian called me and told me exactly what to expect, and told me what he knew about the Administrative Law Judge that would be hearing my case. It helped to ease my anxiety, as much as is possible in such a nerve wracking situation. After the hearing, fast forward to this past Saturday (1/15/2022), I received a call from him. I was entirely expecting bad news. I was incredibly surprised that instead of making me wait until his offices are open on Tuesday 1/18/2022, as Monday the 17th was a holiday and they were closed, that he went way above and beyond to reach out to me and give me the amazing news that I was approved! He then told me the typical timetable of when to expect payments to start coming in, give or take some time as it is the federal government we are dealing with here. I cannot say enough amazing things about him, and his ENTIRE office staff! From the initial phone call with his receptionist, to the very end! I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity from every single employee at his office. This process in itself is extremely daunting, and to find a lawyer who actually cares about you as a human, and not a monetary amount seems to be a rare occurrence anymore. If you are filing, or have already filed and been denied, and are looking for a dedicated legal team, I would strongly urge you to reach out to Mr. Clymer. He is upfront from the get go as far as if he thinks you have a case, which specialists you need to see to help strengthen your case (if you aren't already), and literally everything else step by step that you need to do, or not do, to help yourself and your case with SSDI. I am absolutely amazed at not only his and his entire staffs level of professionalism, but the genuine concern about my health and wellbeing that they showed me. I cannot sing high enough praises, and I know there aren't enough "thank yous" in the world to convey my gratitude to Mr. Clymer!
We reached out to Brian Clymer’s office for some guidance and advice. Brian and his team were extremely helpful, responsive, and provided excellent support. I would highly recommend them to others. Thank you!
Brian is good solid man, Great Disability Attorney. Brian and his staff helped me with my Social Security Disablity claim. Can't say enough good things about him. He is the Attorney I trust.
