A month ago, Courtney did her big one on my case. They were trying to hit me with 45 years for a crime that I did not committed which was arson 2nd degree felony times x3 Courtney explained to me my situation form the start she was very truthful ,honest and professional she answer all the questions that I had to ask , when I spoke with her, that was the first day I felt a relief came off my shoulder because I had a previous lawyer before that wasn’t doing shit for almost 11/2 years that took almost $8000 out of my pocket. So courtney was hired for my son’s dad to fight a case….where do i begin. She rarely returns calls. 9/10 danielle her assistant is the only one ever available to talk to. She even forgot her client had court one day. Had we not called her office that morning she would have never shown up. She has a heavy case load and does come highly recommended but she picks and chooses what client she wants to put in the most fight for. And she is unprofessional she is always to busy to talk with her clients but she decided to respond to a social media post last night. Please do not put her on retainer or let her take your money unless she can give you some type of idea of possible outcomes. Also be ready to do the foot work. Im highly disappointed in her. I guess if you’re not the biggest street dude SHE DOES NOT CARE. Stay clear

If I could give Attorney Benson 10 stars, I would, hands down. I was fighting my case for 2 years. Mrs. Benson was right by my side from the beginning.
