Firm was a great help with our estate planning and made the process very easy for our family
Working with Bishop was amazing. He helped me tremendously with my grandmother's estate. I would not have been able to navigate the process without him, especially since I was in another state. Very professional & courteous, would definitely recommend.
Bishop Toups, Esq. handled all of my Estate Planning documents, and even advised me of a document that could protect my heirs from going through probate, which, being from another State previously that did not allow it, I was completely unaware of. Had he not advised me of this, and that it was permitted in the State of Florida, I would have had no clue that this important document even existed. Bishop made the entire process as pleasant and easy as possible in his calm professional manner, and took the time with me to explain things thoroughly through every document that was executed. Having worked as a Legal Assistant in Estates and Trust over my lengthy career, I was extremely impressed, and placed my trust in him with ease.
