They were great with us even though we had trouble getting the truck back in the time we had originally booked and as long as we kept in touch and paid they kept in great spirits when ever we called. They didn't make a fuss when we told them the truck was stuck in the gravel because I didn't know it was lose They just asked if we could handle it and had faith that we were competent and didn't call atow truck saving us almost $1000 they are truly the best to rent from if you aren't always getting things done on time.
