I recently worked with attorney Briggs Holshey and Mariel Paez, Legal Assistant. Both were very easy to work with and Mariel made sure things moved smoothly throughout the entire case for negligent care by a nursing home in Lake County. At all stages, both Mariel and Mr. Holshey ensured I was fully aware of options and what to expect. During mediation, Mr. Holshey was firm but reasonable. He was able to negotiate a very good settlement with the nursing home, one better than we expected. I would highly recommend this firm.
