Update:
I was in an accident July of 2025 & contacted Collins Law for legal representation. I was assigned to Shannon as my Case Manager. She has done an outstanding job keeping me updated on my case while being a bridge between my self, Attorney Collins, The Insurance Company, and all of my doctors. She was very thorough which made this process easier on myself. She has also recommended some follow up doctors to seek continued care as my case is coming to an end. I highly recommend Collins Law as this is their second time representing me.
Highly recommend. I’m from Tuscaloosa but honestly wanted a black woman to represent me. So I googled and Attorney Collins came up. I saw the reviews and went with it. I have to say that I made the right decision. They’ve been very real since day 1. Attorney Collins contacted me everytime there was an update with my case. Shannon was my case worker and everytime that I called, she answered all my questions and always returned my phone calls whenever she was unavailable. I got my check and I feel that I made the best decision.

It was a great experience Shannon took time out of her day to make sure we were ok and getting the best results fighting for us for this case I mean I would definitely use their firm again Kyanna and I greatly appreciate everything they have done.

After my accident, a friend of mine referred me to Collins Law. She told me that they handled her case with care and she had no reservations about them doing the same for me. She was right. My accident was on a Friday evening and I called the law firm on Saturday morning. I talked to an intake agent and thought that was it until Monday, but to my surprise, Attorney Collins called me herself within an hour. This is when I knew for myself that I was going to work with an excellent attorney. Through the entire process, I felt seen, heard, and cared for by everyone on her staff I had worked with directly. Attorney Collins pushed for my best interest until the end of the process. I highly recommend Collins Law as a personal injury law firm.
