I called the office gave my information to the receptionist she took everything down and said she would pass on to the partners someone would contact me in 24-48 hours I never heard anything back yesterday I received a letter from Rufus Williams stating he had spoken to me he never spoke to me I called the office and the receptionist again said in the notes he said he tried to call you several times but was hung up on which I did not do in my opinion very unprofessional never gave me the opportunity to say or state my case and to say you can't help me I guess not if you did not speak to me very disappointed in this law firm

Words can not express how happy I am with Kevin Rood ! He reaches out, keeps me updated, answers my questions within minutes of an email !!!!! Switching firms was well worth it ! The care and compassion of this firm goes above and beyond. It's been an awful 2 years and having an amazing lawyer makes a world of difference.

Do not return calls. Unprofessional and not looking to help people. Only care about how much money they make off of people.

My husband misread some medical papers from his Dr. and Jason said he agreed. After I got a chance and read the papers, I seen, as I suspected, that my husband misinterpreted what they said. Needless to say, I was and still am very disappointed that we paid for what we expected to be a professiinal service. Jason clearly did not read the papers. I told Jason of my disappointment and he had someone else call and tell my husband that I am not to contact ever again and that Jason is consideing dropping my husbands case. I guess his ego really got hurt, too bad, do your job! People pay and should be able to trust. Jason was never available when needed and took several attempts and asking us to resend in order for Jason to get papers over to the Compensation office. We are glad it is over and we will not be recommending Connors and Ferris to anyone, rather we will suggest they not go there. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

I wasn't sure if I needed an attorney until I spoke with Brian Uhrmacher. He made me feel comfortable and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Conners and Ferris.

When I called Connors and Ferris my call was answered by a polite representative who assisted me with the upmost respect. The respect and friendly nature did not stop there, it carried through to the lawyer who represented me, Brian. Whenever I called or sent an email, my question or concern was addressed in a professional and timely manner. Brian was wonderful to work with, he took my case and represented me, always keeping me updated and informed while using layman words. I would (and have) recommend this law firm and Brian.
