Receptionist has an attitude when you call. She doesn’t know What cases her law firm handles she has a bad attitude when asked questions but that’s her job. Like get a different job. Also be in the fact that people are calling for legal representation. You don’t know what they’re going through. You would think that she would have a better attitude. I just don’t want any help from them because of her because if you act like that who else act like that there?

The worst!

One star only, because they are allowing the insurance companies to pay what they want, and when they want we have been struggling financially because this FIRM DOES NOT CARE FOR THE VICTIM. every time we call, the only answer we get is ok we will reach out to the insurance company, a week will go by and sometimes few weeks will go by before you even get an answer on your payments. Again they will allow the insurance company to do as they please when it comes to victim payments.

Conners & ferris does not fight for thier clients, after reading reviews, seems like seems like only a few of thier clients had a good experience with this law firm. They keep sending my son workers comp check so that the pay out will be less at the end. They don't seem to fight hard for thier clients like the commercial advertisement. And oh yeah, Connors & Ferris, your staff are very rude. They need customer service training.

Every time a problem a rises that law firm runs. We been since 2023 trying to get something done about my husbands headaches and neck to which he already has had surgery. All they do is want there money. The attorney lets the girls in the office take care of things. His headaches are so bad he fell and broke his hand. Yet the board lets the insurance company just slide. And people Congress allows this. I when you call there bluff they drop you as a client.

I regret not going back to them for my second case. Sean was great and I felt satisfied with the end results of my case.

I was initially assigned to Justin who seemed to be ok, but he disappeared, and I was turned over to Sean/Shawn who wasn't very helpful or communicative. He sat on my claim for over a year. After following the instructions he gave, he said that he couldn't help. I will NEVER call them if things arise in the future, and Never refer them to anyone.

Great experience having a Lawyer represent me in my Workers Comp case. I had Sean Meritt as my Attorney. He and the supporting staff did an amazing job. Communication, questions, guidance, professional. I don't know how it could be any better.

Chris Mesh has helped me in two prior situations so I really don’t like writing this review. I’ve have personally delivered clients to him so this isn’t about their ability to help in a case. I’ve called once a week for now 3 weeks, leaving a message for a return phone call. I was instructed by Chris to call him after my latest surgery so this isn’t even an unsolicited call, not that should even matter. I’m a previous client and a potential new case client. However I have received no return call. Are the messages not being given? Are they just being ignored? I don’t know the answer, all I know is this is highly unprofessional. Especially when the matter is their clients health. I’m very disappointed with this as I had nothing but high praise from previous experiences. I can’t even tell you how many ppl I referred over the last few years beyond the one I hand delivered. Hopefully if Chris hasn’t been given the messages then someone can let him know.

I had Marc DiMatteo as my attorney and literally did nothing. Every time I call his receptionist says he’s busy. The worst law firm I have ever dealt with!
