they are super rude and they call even on sundey nights trying to force cervice . At least it hapends to me. the person that calls said i reached to them now i have to get the cervice. so not profetional. this is the screenshot of the call

I submitted my information to request details, but I didn't want to work with them, and they call me more than once a day, every day. I've said multiple times that I don't want to hear from them anymore, and they keep calling. Consider this before submitting your information for a consultation.

Out of everyone working on the case only person who seemed to take the time to thoroughly answer my questions and overall help was Gabriel Souza everyone else seemed to not take the time.

Horrible 😤

They charge you money and do absolutely nothing for you. They tell you they'll call you back and they never do. They say they'll call the detainee and they don't do that either. The only good service I've received from them was when they wanted to draw up the contract. Don't be fooled.

These people are terrible. They keep calling and texting my wife to get her business, despite us telling them to stop contacting us. At this point, it’s harassment. Don’t hire them for anything.

This company has no respect to a normal schedule nor to a potential client’s experience. First, they assumed I spoke Spanish and only texted me in Spanish. Second, they texted me at 10 pm to ask for a call immediately! How about some basic training in your gigantic customer service team?

Called them seeing the review ratings and a spanish person took the call. I asked for an English person and left the call after some time. They called me back later and when i replied in English they again asked do Imknow spanish. I said no and cut the call saying I am good and don’t need help now. They kept calling from different numbers continuously and leaving voicemails. Looks like a spam!!
