Super good folks here. Adria and team are great. They did a quit claim deed for my family years ago and that was smooth and easy and then helped me with an issue today on something they didn’t even initially handle. Very friendly, prompt knowledgeable. I really appreciate dealing with companies like this and sadly it’s very rare so it was a very nice surprise. Thank you all
Was denied because of my age I'm 27 with multiple lower back issues and mobility issues. I was told I was to young to have problems. I have bad depression and hearing this over and over again makes me feel like I'm worthless and not worth the time. Thank you for putting me down and telling me my problems don't matter cause of my age.

Waa told in first DSS case that's I needed a new doctor because lawyer thought that I would get disability if I had a new doctor. Found out after first case (2011) that I had back, neck and Chiari malformation and degenerative disk and joint disease. Reapplied in 2017, was told I was out of work longer then five years and anything found after that was not applicable. Was told by lawyer to withdraw because Judge would deny me anyway.

My wife was seriously injured in an accident where the other party was clearly at fault. We contacted Rachel A. Abbott at Coughlin & Gerhart – and we are VERY glad that we did!
Over more than two years, Rachel and her team guided us through everything from communicating with myriad insurance companies to pursuing a favorable settlement. The accident occurred out of state – so Rachel brought in a lawyer from that state to get their insight. Our questions were answered promptly, and we were always kept up to date.

—I am very thankful that Coughlin and Gerhardt office and the lawyers Robert Jones and Jeffrey Brown represented myself and family over the years for various legal needs. As well to help us reach a fair and significant settlement. That was no small task.
—All the office staff, paraprofessionals, and lawyers are all so very professional, prompt and have great communication. They always kept us in the loop by email and phone every step of the legal process.
—In addition they always prepared us for each step of the process, especially the preparations for paperwork summaries, deposition, pre-trial and the negotiations that helped us get the best settlement we were entitled to. That was no small task and they did a great job.

I couldn't even get a return phone call. 3 weeks & they don't even call to find out about why I called them. Really poor business practice or too big to deal with lowly peasants.

I called and left a message. Even though they don't accept tenants, Cindy Jones could have invited my call, but she returned it the next day to tell me and to recommend a specific law firm for me to contact.
This is a big law firm. I'm surprised. But, I implore you to begin accepting tenants as clients. Especially with the addition of 7-D special proceedings being the first time a tenant can sue their landlord in LT court.
