Let me start by saying this is hands down the best law firm I have ever worked with and I am not exaggerating.
When I came to this firm, I had just left another one that completely disappointed me. I made it very clear what I needed: consistent communication, regular updates no matter how small, and to make sure that with multiple people involved, I received the portion I truly deserved for my injuries.
From day one, Wayne and Cara exceeded every expectation. The entire team, including the front desk staff, was always kind, respectful, and understanding whenever I called. That level of professionalism and care made such a difference.
My experience was honestly amazing. To the point where the other person involved in my accident has not even received their money yet and no real progress has been made on their case. She is actually upset she did not switch firms when I told her to. That alone says a lot.
