Smart, steady, and detail-oriented in a way that makes you breathe easier. The kind of lawyer who reads the fine print twice and still finds something everyone else missed. What I appreciate most is that they care. Not in a billboard way. In a “we are locked in and you are not doing this alone” way. Very rude receptionist, very argumentative and cut us off while we were trying to correct our email address on file multiple times just to say that’s what she originally repeated back to us when it wasn’t. We set an appt for tomorrow to speak with the attorneys, but that didn’t bode well for this firm which is very disappointing given they have ALL 5 star reviews. Will update review after speaking with the attorneys tomorrow but hopefully wont have to deal with the receptionist again because she was rude from the beginning of the call for no reason. I get everyone has bad days, but you’re working for a personal injury firm and I guarantee your day wasn’t that bad this morning to be that rude to customers.
