My wife and I were very satisfied with Matt Fryar's services. Setting up our will and accompanying documents was quick and painless, and Matt made sure that we understand the process and the associated costs. Not sure anymore why we put this off for so long.
My husband and I had a trust done in 2001, then "life happened." We no longer had the assets to require a trust, so had a few simple wills done in the interim. 25 years later, our family and financial situations have changed enough that we wanted to be very specific regarding our future planning as well as having our end-of-life documents updated. Having been a legal secretary for many years, I know where to look at credentials in addition to reading public reviews. I began researching NWA law firms, narrowed my preferred options down to three, and used their web forms to request information. One ignored my specific information requests and one didn't reply at all. The third, who responded first and completely answered my questions, was the obvious choice, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience.
We were immediately comfortable with Matt Fryar when we met him for our initial consultation at the end of October. Matt is experienced and professional as well as friendly and very easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly and easily answered all of our questions. The fee for the work we required was very reasonable, and we made the decision to have him prepare our trust at that meeting.
Matt collected all of the necessary information that we could provide before we left his office and sent us on our way with a list of "homework" including specific bequests, confirmation of executors and decision-makers, etc., and asked us when we expected to be ready to complete the documents. Because it was close to the holidays, we chose a date in early January, but a family emergency requiring us to travel caused us to postpone completion until February.
I have experience in completing and witnessing will and trust documents both as a client and as a law firm employee, and this was the best experience I have ever had! Matt's comfortable style, friendly demeanor and humor made the session pleasant and entertaining. The session was streamlined and simple, with everything clearly stated and explained as Matt went through each page with us, and the two witnesses were also friendly.
We enthusiastically recommend Matt Fryar, and by extension, his firm for your legal needs. We won't look anywhere else for our own!
Owner response
Thank you for this review -- it means a lot to us that we met your expectations! It was an absolute privilege to work with you.
My wife and I contacted Matt Fryar to help us with our estate planning. Matt was very professional, yet we immediately felt at ease discussing our finances. He asked detailed questions concerning our wishes. Within a couple of weeks, Matt presented us with a binder that spelled out our trust, wills, etc. Everything is spelled out step by step in easy language so that our beneficiaries only have to refer to the one binder. His fees were extremely reasonable and his knowledge with trusts is impressive. Thank you Matt.
Owner response
Thank you, Boyd! I enjoyed meeting you and working with you on this.
Professional lawyer who gave professional advice, service, and documents in a timely and reasonably priced manner. Will reach out to him again with any future needs.
Matt was beyond helpful in helping me get everything completed for opening my chiropractic office. He was also a great help in getting all the paperwork needed for hiring staff. I highly recommend him and this office.
It was a pleasure working with Matt Fryar in putting together our family trust. We chose Matt over three other reputed estate planning firms for his client-first approach, thoroughness, and a quick turnaround on all our questions.
I had such a great experience! Matt was professional, friendly, and truly helped me with such a hard topic to discuss. Everything was done with care and attention to detail, and I felt valued as a customer the entire time. I’m happy with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality and reliability.
Michael Moats was very helpful, kind and patient. He explained things thoroughly and informed me of all of my options. With Michael, I felt seen, heard and supported, no matter how many times things changed. In the end, everything worked out in my favor, and I think it's because he planted a seed that I will never forget. Thank you Michael!
We recently had a problem that needed to be resolved and Michael Moats @ Crouch, Harwell, Fryar & Ferner helped us out. We were so thankful he led us through the process and was very thorough in his communication with us. Our situation got resolved very quickly thanks to Mr. Moats direction. We are very thankful. I will be using Michael Moats for anything I need in the future.
We called you within one business day of your initial contact via our website, as is our practice. I’m sorry if that wasn’t quick enough for you and hope you were able to find an attorney who could meet your expectations.
