Who do these people (at Crumbley, etc.) think they are? After trying to schedule a thirty-minute consultation (for $300.00), Wendy slammed the phone down (as if I had annoyed her by calling). Wendy also gave me the wrong number for the "Lawyer Referral Line;" the number she provided went to a scrap yard in Iowa. When I called back to give them the correct number, Anna interrupted me, rushed me off the phone, and was rude. Unfortunately, these two women do not represent this law firm in a positive way. However, from the numerous one-star reviews, it doesn't sound like the attorneys do either.

Big Thanks to Mr Payne and his staff. Best experience I’ve ever had with legal problems. They kept me informed every step of the way Mr Payne was a rock star. They didn’t know what hit them.

The case brought against me was dismissed and I want to thank Attorney Fleming as he actually listened to me. I appreciate the fact that he did not brush me off. I am experiencing harrassment, bullying, serious slander and on going problems from a nuisance rental property next door in our neighborhood. Their actions towards me are very serious and criminal. My neighbors also banded together in support. When a law firm helps the community it matters. I will continue to refer Attorney Fleming. My experience was good. I think things could have been better, but the outcome based on the decision I chose couldn’t have gone any better in my opinion. My lawyer was nice and professional. I gave it 4/5 because there’s always room for improvement. I would work with this firm again.
