Unfortunately, I can't give less than 5 stars. It was the worst experience. They still haven't resolved my husband's case; it's been almost two years. They made him sign a document stating he would be paid starting October 20th, and he calls and leaves messages, but they don't answer. They don't want to pay him. And those who leave 5 stars are surely family members doing a favor by leaving good reviews. Don't be fooled by these so-called lawyers. Marisol and Jaimi never answer emails. People, hire serious lawyers and investigate thoroughly before signing anything.

I was in an accident a month ago Downtown when I was approached by a man that said he had a dash cam footage and asked for my number so I gave it to him willingly in the hopes to get the video.Then he started talking to me more telling me he knows lawyers and works for one, he had mentioned he worked for Cruz firm , saying how he could help me and I declined any help. He had a friend show up trying to convince me that they could take care of my case they kept pressuring me for more information trying to get a police report and I also told him I wasn’t interested and they finally left. I got multiple calls from Cruz firm trying to convince me to take their services. Which I declined. Something just doesn’t seem right with this firm and with the guys they had talking to me at my accident

I am very grateful to Cruz and Associates for the help they gave me and for their humane treatment during the most difficult times. I would definitely recommend them and would use their services again if needed. Thank you very much for everything.

They wasted my time terribly. They said they'd hire a private investigator to get the information, and I brought them most of it. Don't go there; you'll lose out just like I did. I lost my car worth 15,000. I read the other comments, and the same thing happened to them. 👎👎👎
