I spent months speaking with Tiffany Cruz, explaining my experience in detail and providing what I believe is clear evidence of both racial and pregnancy discrimination at my job. As a biracial woman who is Black and white, these issues were extremely personal and emotionally difficult to relive over and over again. I trusted that my case was being taken seriously and spent a long time building everything up, sharing timelines, documentation, and details of what I experienced. After all of that time and emotional investment, I was then told it would cost $3,000 just to move forward with taking any actual action with the EEOC on my case. I completely understand attorneys charge fees, but many employment discrimination attorneys work on contingency, especially when there is strong documented evidence. So being told after months of communication that I would need to pay $3,000 upfront to move anything forward was honestly shocking and discouraging. I’ve also noticed other reviews mentioning similar experiences involving large fees without much resolution being made. In my opinion, when someone is dealing with serious issues like employment discrimination, racial discrimination, and pregnancy discrimination, they need a strong attorney who is confident and willing to actively move the case forward. I wish that expectation had been made much clearer from the beginning because it would have saved a lot of stress, time, and emotional exhaustion. I’m giving 2 stars because she was polite and professional in conversation, but overall the experience left me feeling discouraged, emotionally drained, and misled about what to expect moving forward.

Unlike many law firms in this current time they are up front and services, pricing, and retainer and what you get with these. They are excellent fiduciaries and work hard to minimize charging and time billed to stretch your hard earned dollars so you get the most legal advice and representation for your money. Russell Molina and paralegal Parker Sullivan are just outstanding! Excellent to work with and very responsive and through in their work. Most people hope they will never need the services of a lawyer especially in their career and employment. Russell specializes in disability and discrimination and he is excellent in this field. If you are having issues and it is clear you need to get legal counsel to preserve your job, livelihood, and career reputation these are the people you want working for you and they will absolutely go to the mat for you and ensure you get a fair deal, which unfortunately due to Florida's Right to Work structure and modern employer practices is often very necessary.
