I used Michael back in 2018 in a horrific custody case, with an ex-husband who was classified as a sexual predator. Michael did everything in his power to make sure that we kept those no contact orders in place, and demanded that my ex have to see a psychosexual evaluator, which had findings that were actually nightmarish, But which resulted in lifetime no contact orders between him and our 2 children. I wanted to come and leave this review even though it's so many years later, because he actually was just locked back up for doing the exact same thing to multiple children who he was allowed around in his life. Mr Bauer tried to do everything in his power to make sure that this man actually got locked up back in 2018 for being around kids again, we took the probation officer All of the proof that he needed to violate, He did nothing, So now my ex has been allowed to hurt more little girls.. hopefully this will end in a prison sentence for him this time.. But thank you Mr Bauer and Kristy for protecting my two children from him the way that you did.

Mr Mike is a liar and a thief. He took $1,500 dollars from me for a case, then completely ignored my calls, this is after he made $5,000 dollars off me and we lost the case. He doesn't care about you or your family. There is better lawyers out there than Mike I would not waste my money on his representation ever again.

Mike Bauer saved my husbands life. My husband was accused of a terrible crime, a crime that was punishable by life. We retained Mr. Bauer in 2018 and left the initial meeting having done more in 2 hours than 2 previous attorneys had done in 8 months. My history with Attorney Bauer dates back to his days as the only Board Certified Assistant State Attorney in the 2nd Judicial Circuit. He was assigned to another county and I was wrongfully charged with a very serious crime. My family and I went through the worst moments of our lives. Attorney Bauer did realize his mistake and that of an entire sheriff's department and dismissed the charges. He is an honorable man. He actually fought to have the actual rest sealed but it was public information and one cant un-ring a bell. I have recommended Attorney Bauer many times over the years. He is a family man and a top performer except before one particular judge who still gives him fits. ( Written with a smile) The false arrest has harmed more than I. It has prevented me from becoming a volunteer Guardian Ad Litem for example. This is a much needed effort and I am uniquely suited for this type of endeavor.
