Thank you Brady for all your work! Helped me with my ticket in Connecticut while being out of state. She helped me get my case dropped! I understand every case is different and that might not be the outcome for everyone, but I would choose CT Ticket Defenders over any other firm in the area!

This is not a reliable service. Once payment is received, they stop caring. They do not actually fight the ticket, and you are forced to communicate with the court yourself. Any emails or updates from the court have to be forwarded to them because they don’t have the necessary information. On top of that, they later ask for additional money to continue the case. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place.

I'm sorry you feel this why. We give instructions on how you keep up with the case once you hire us. You have the main 844PulledOver line, your case managers line and the attorney's line. You hired us for the convenience of a law firm to deal with the court and states attorney for you but then circumvent your attorneys and think the clerks office is going to give you information unique to your case. The court and clerks office assume that you are unrepresented. All this information is readily available on the CT judicial website. Traffic Tickets are in handled in the Connecticut criminal Court. If there is an outcome you didn't like, your case is not over, it's now time for trial. Trial as stated in your fee agreement is an extra fee just like in any other criminal representation. Our job is to get the best possible outcome for the hearing that you paid us to attend for you. We inform all our clients of the outcome of all hearing. You chose to not go to trial. You still had the possibility of a positive outcome. We are traffic ticket, car accident and serious criminal motor trial attorneys. This is not a ticket fix it gimmick. Unfortunately lawyers cannot give guarantees in criminal court. Interesting enough, it appears you are in the business of giving one star reviews.
