Allow me to preface this, every attorney, firm has the right to accept or decline representation of a person. But I was disappointed in how my time was wasted during my brief interaction with this firm. I called regarding representation for a medical malpractice suit, sexual assault. I made it known in that intake call that I had filed suit as a pro se, a month prior, (no attorney) there was an active case. I had to recap the sexual assault during this call. I was told by the intake person that she would call me back,. two days later she called me and said that the attorneys there wouldn't be able to represent me, because I had already filed my case. The intake person knew this, and could have told me during the intake call, instead of having me wait two days for a call back. I say this to say, if you already have a case as a pro se, this may not be the firm for you.

It really is so hard these days to find people who truly care and want to help you in times of real need. After my car accident, we had very little experience dealing with law firms and attorneys, and Cunningham Bounds made it super easy to navigate the legal world as it pertained to me getting any kind of compensation to be able to get back on my feet.
