Morgan & Morgan

Total loss hit from behind crash in June of 2024. Hit by a worker in a company vehicle with Travelers insurance. No problem right? It is for Morgan and Morgan. It took them an entire year just to collect my medical bills. I could have done it in days. High turnover as well. I'm on my 3rd or 4th "legal assistant". Every time I talk to them, they say it's "headed to litigation" but there are never any dates or updates. And don't even think about getting upset, or you get put on hold so that you'll hang up. Take my advice. Go to a small personal injury firm, not a big one where you can negotiate a better rate, and have someone with kids to feed motivated to get you compensated. Even the spinal center I went to said, "Good attorneys go ahead and send over a lien, but yours hasn't. You aren't going to get much." So far, prophetic. If you get hurt, you only get one shot. Don't blow it on this ADVERTISING firm.

So far it has been a good experience and i hope it continues to be a great experience
