If you're hispanic and hardworking, forget it. They wouldn't help my family when my husband was fired shortly after getting FMLA and hours after filing a harassment complaint against a white employee. He was also fired without following company protocol. He was also targeted with proven unjustified disciplinary action taken against him prior to his termination. Apparently, we don't have a case. I guess our case could not make them enough money. No help for hard working poor folks.
