I had a wonderful experience seeing this was my first time I needed a lawyer. They called me all the time to let me know what was going on and when I could look forward to payment.. The law firm got me what I asked for and I really appreciated it. It took a while. I know if I ever need a lawyer again. I will definitely call them. I think them for all they did.

You fell short of anyone's expectations, I expected more for what I paid. I could have settled from the beginning and saved on legal fees but I wasn't advised this would be the outcome. I have hired legal consel to pursue other matters that I brought up that were ignored. If you need just basic help I'm sure they are capable. If you need a bulldog, someone who doesn't back down and is not afraid to go toe to toe, I would look else where. I kept saying I don't care about the cost and I got silence. It got to a point where I finally asked if they were scared to go against the other attorney and I was told maybe I should seek different counsel. Thousands of dollars and over a year, this was their recommendation. Each time I would disagree or question them, that was their response, I should seek different counsel. I wasn't ready to give up but I didn't want to start all over with a different attorney. It cost more using a lawyer than if I would have settled on my own.
