He first helped me back in 2016, and I didn’t hesitate to return when I needed assistance again from 2024–2026. Having someone you can trust time and time again says a lot. The entire team was professional, responsive, and made me feel like a priority throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and handled my case with care and attention to detail. The process was explained to me from the start, so I knew that this was a marathon not a sprint...haha. I started working with Rob and he walked me through all of the steps needed in the beginning and kept me updated throughout the first year. Eric then started working with me and we finally reached a settlement! Guidance from this firm flip flopped, from, “you can beat this and they don’t have a case”to, “you should probably file bankruptcy”. Chris made promises and delivered nothing. Did not communicate well through the process and allowed things to drag on so he could justify expending the retainer. Apparently, Chris’ #2 also spent a number of hours on my case, not sure on what because we never spoke. I would not recommend this firm.

If you hire Curtis Law Firm you will be sorry that you did, he and his staff lie to you and cheat you out of your money. If you do hire this firm, don’t sign any papers after you work with them I promise that you will regret it and if you have money coming from your PIP CHECK, you will not get it,he will lie to and tell you that there working on it when all along he will tell you to come into the office and sign for your PIP CHECK WHEN IT IS MADE OUT TO YOU AND SOMEONE ELSE. Don’t sign anything with this Law Firm in fact don’t use them at all. Just keep telling yourself that you’re right when in reality you don’t know what you’re talking about I did not pay any attorney fees, and as for us showing up in court my attorneys were Prepared to go to court the problem was is that you didn’t show up so you wanted to settle out of court so just keep telling your lies like you have been for the last four years that I’ve known you in as far as the state bar is concerned, you sent them false documents, and a letter that had lies in it, and I have all the documents and paperwork from the very first day and it shows that you sent me my PIP check and my attorney which they ask you for documents and you told them that the file was too big and you couldn’t email it to them. If anybody is reading this they know that emails no matter how big the file is can be sent so words My attorney and myself know what you have done was totally illegal. Rob Adams told me I would get my money back on the rental car and that was lie as well. You didn’t wanna show up in court because you knew you would lose. That’s the truth and there’s no hiding from that truth so you’re making up stories again since I’ve known you and I don’t trust you and will never trust you again and I read between the lines, and that I am telling the truth or if I wasn’t, I wouldn’t be sending this post. I just want people to understand that That you are not honest, and that’s the big word honesty. He was very transparent, always calling me to update me on the timing of everything, what was going on with the insurance companies, and even checking in with me to ensure I was feeling alright.
