Please do not give money to an attorney who provides legal advice through his office assistant. It's obviously not legal and will probably just frustrate you. Hire an attorney who "remembers" to call you as well. Hearing his office assistant say "he has like Alzheimer's and forgets a lot" is really NOT what anyone wants to hear about their lawyer on retainer. If anything, if he really does have that much trouble remembering things like that and does have Alzheimer's, he should probably give up his license. Just absolutely horrible. If you can't trust your attorney, who can you trust?

I love Mr. Hoffman and his staff. I recently went thru a divorce and I needed an attorney. I wasn't sure of all the legal things that entailed in a divorce, child support etc. Mr. Hoffman and his staff was there to help me. They explained to me in detail everything that needed to take place and why. If I ever had any questions they always had an answer. They prepared my paperwork in a timely manner and always kept me update on things and provided me any and all the information I needed. Although my ex-husband made things difficult for me.
