First of all this is hands down the worst person injury firm I have ever had. I was contacted to be part of an and opioid case in 2020. I waited for quite some time and I didn't hear anything back, so I reached out to them, this was back in 2021. I heard back from them again that the case was won, and they were just waiting to disperse the money, this was back in 2023. I have reached out to them several times to know avail. So I don't have a lot of faith in them unless they're going to contact me to let me know how much money i'm supposed to get from this opioid case or if this all just a scam if it is I will be taking action. Because it ruined my life. I have updated my contact info a number of times. Nobody knows what it has done to me, I have been in and out of different facilities, I have many major surgeries in the past and future and I only can take ibuprofen for the pain and then lay in bed and suffer. So, yes, it's ruined my life. I will change my review if I hear something from them, Good, or bad. But until then I will stick with my review. Also I will be taking actions, my attorneys and I have been doing a lot of research. I would really appreciate for them to contact me. Not only contact me but resolve my problems. I have run out of patience so in one week I may start taking action.

Terrible lawyer to deal with. Never personally speaks with clients. If you have a concern clients have to deal with a multitude of ever changing “case managers”. Because of this they are never familiar with the client or your case. I finally had to fire the firm because I found they were charging me for deductions that didn’t apply to my case. Absolutely the worst, very disrespectful client communication!

Andy Rubenstein and his team are simply the best. Their professionalism, dedication, and commitment throughout my case were outstanding. After such a long process, I truly appreciate everything they did for me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent legal representation.

I've had them for over 5 years and the initial payment was finally paid to them January 26th 2026. and now all of a sudden they just ignore me THEY WONT RETURN EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS, AND AS IM READING THE OTHER REVIEWS THIS SEEMS TO BE A COMMON PROBLEM FOR THIS FIRM, THEY GET YOUR SETTLEMENT PAYMENT AND THEN TRY TO JUST DELAY PAYING THE CLIENT FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE... I READ AT LEAST 30 OTHER REVIEWS THAT THIS FIRM IS TRYING TO NOT PAY THE CLIENT THERE MONEY... IM GOING TO SCREEN SHOT EVERY REVIEW THAT MENTIONS THIS FIRM KEEPING CLIENTS MONEY AND IM GOING TO INCLUDE ALL THOSE SCREENSHOTS IN MY COMPLAINT TO THE BAR.. IM SURE CLIENTS HAVE MADE COMPLAINTS IN THE PAST SO WHY IS THE BAR STILL ALLOWING THEM TO DO THIS TO CLIENTS?? THIS IS SO WRONG THE WAY THIS FIRM TREATS THE CLIENTS... I SENT MY EMAIL TO THE FIRM 19 DAYS AGO AND HAVE SENT A FEW MORE SINCE THEN AND IVE CALLED 4 TIMES AND I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM... PRETTY OBVIOUS THERE TRYING TO SCAM MONEY OR MAKE AS MUCH INTEREST OFF OF MY MONEY ALONG WITH THE THOUSANDS OF OTHER CLIENTS THAT THEY HAVE....THESE COMPLAINTS WILL CATCH UP TO YOU SOON ENOUGH BECAUSE THERES SO MANY PEOPLE THAT YOUR DOING THIS TO AND YOU WON'T BE DOING THIS VERY MUCH LONGER... ESPECIALLY WHEN THE BAR REALIZES THAT THIS IS A MASS PROBLEM AND NOT JUST 1 CLIENT THATS ANGRY..... THE END IS NEAR...
