Expensive. Seem to charge you for everything. Nickel and dime you. Fee for licking a stamp to an envelope it seems. But results panned out.

"I had a very unpleasant experience with an attorney from this law firm recently. The consultation was a complete waste of my time and money. We spoke over a conference call since the office was unable to get the video chat to work. I had filled out a detailed form and had some specific questions I wanted answered. However, it was clear that the attorney had not even looked at the paperwork. She did not answer any of my questions but instead referred me to other professionals. I already knew many of the answers but just wanted validation. I expected her to know the answers, given that she was an Eldercare attorney. However, once she heard that I had already completed the hard work and my loved one was on Medicaid, she lost interest. It seemed that the firm wasn't interested in doing any research or completing the arduous and expensive work needed to get someone on Medicaid for nursing home care.

This was a bad experience from the very beginning. The paralegal assigned to us was incompetent and never returned emails or phone calls. The attorney was never available and was just as irresponsible in his duties. I had to do all the work for filing with the court and follow ups since they were so confused. They lost documents and stated they never received them. This group is a joke and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere unless you want to pay a lot of money for poor service
