Hello to anyone reading this. I wish for the best outcome in your case. Mr. Attorney Damas fought for me and got me the best outcome in my situation. Although there is no actual violence in my case a restraining order was imposed on me a long time ago. I ended up violating the order unintentionally. Ambulances were called when I got sick precedent that day and I was taken in when cops showed up to the scene. It was hard to get it removed in Pomona court. We did not have an attorney.
It was hard to live a forgiving relationship with this order hanging over my head. I violated again during a trafic stop. No violence but I was under the 100 yard rule. Mr Attorney Damas helped me get this order to a level 1 order.. My family and I will be forever greateful for his job. We can now cherished quality time with out the precautions of violating a restraining order at a trafic stop. THANKYOU ATTORNEY DAMAS.
