As we have communicated to you on multiple occasions, your case was pending before the United States Supreme Court — a process entirely outside of our control or any law firm's control.<br><br>We are pleased to report that the legal process has now reached its conclusion. On January 12, 2026, the Supreme Court declined to review the case, and no further petitions were filed by the deadline. The confirmation order is now final, all appeals have been exhausted, and approximately $1.65 billion previously held in escrow is now being released to the Settlement Trust for distribution. A few remaining procedural steps are being finalized, and we are confident they will be resolved.<br><br>Throughout this process, we have provided you with regular, detailed updates — including information about every major court development as it occurred. We have always remained committed to your representation, and that has not changed.
