He is unable to communicate with my attorney and schedule a court date. She has called numerous times. He refuses to call her back. While she ran across him at the courthouse he still wouldn't address scheduling a court date. Good luck if you have him as a public defender he wont address or call back paying clients. This man works for Randall county district attorney's office because he doesn't stand up for his clients at all never returns phone calls my husband seen him only when he was needing to sign papers and him and the judge both outright lied to my husband they told him he was already eligible for parole and when he got to the unit they said he isn't even eligible for parole for a year it's unbelievable that A judge and a court appointed attorney can bald face lie to a person just to get him to sign papers for prison I will never trust any judge are attorney its unacceptable There is no justice in America

he's not any better than any of usual court appointed attorney He doesn't return calls.. and tells you a positive results and that's not what you get..good luck getting him to return your call

Darrell is a great attorney, and has experience in all areas. He has helped me in the past with criminal stuff. And now with family law. He has many years of knowledge and cases. Not only that he knows so many people in the legal system in the Amarillo and canyon area. He was a Judge at one point.
