I have worked with David and sent many ppl to him. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and up front. He never leads you on about what he can do. A man who loves the system and gets up tight when you speak Constitutional Law. Another puppet haha. Don't call this dude. He supports Maritime Law under the 1871 United States Corporation which he has no idea about because he went to an indoctrinated school like every other puppet taking money to just clear a deal where he and the courts make money. EVERY TIME. AMATEUR. He is weak and he does not know anything about Constitutional Law nor common law. There are over 20 cases won in high courts including Supreme Court where right to travel is proven to be for all free men and women without a license. This is fact. He said "I have it all figured out and I guess I don't need his services." He isn't wrong. I don't want a public pretender nor a lawyer who is not educated or capable of knowing true law.

There ya have it...of means belonging to or serving so he just admitted he serves the court and not the public who hires him

I am sorry you feel this way. To be clear, though, I did not decline to take your case after our two minute phone conversation because I am uptight about the discussion of Constitutional law. I have studied the Constitution and welcome an informed dialogue about what it says, what it stands for, and what it does not say or stand for. I have never had a speeding ticket in my life and unfortunately I got my first one at 40 yrs old. David was amazing to work with, which I was surprised being that he had so many cases going on at one time, some I found out were pretty big cases. Then1 week later, unfortunately my son also got a ticket, not for speeding something minor but David took care of that as well. I will say if you want a professional lawyer that definitely cares about your best interests you should call him. I have referred many people to him because I was so happy with his work.

After talking with literally hundreds of lawyers about my case, in my opinion, David was the most professional out of all of them. I did not end up retaining Mr. Pilato because of the distance and travel costs (which for the distance was extremely reasonable) however during our initial consultation he gave me some great advice which helped me get more time to find an attorney. He told me I could call him anytime for advice on my case, I could tell he was a genuine person & actually cared about my situation.
