I found that David Deluzio and Giovanni Lepera were very knowledgeable and really explained the process and always were there to listen to my concerns they were very easy to work with. The receptionist was always friendly and was able to help me and pass on any information to the lawyers.

I told you I would have one of the lawyers call you back, You kept insisting that I answer a "5 second question to see if you have a case" because you don't want to waste your time and the lawyers time. I told you it's a legal question and as such I could not answer it, You kept talking over me insisting it was a 5-second question. Eventually, I told you I am going to hang up as you weren't listening.

He missed our appointment time and when I called to ask what was going on, his receptionist said he had forgotten and would call soon. When he did call, I didn’t feel like he was focused, as he missed some crucial facts regarding my situation. I had consults with 2 other lawyers afterwards, both gave me very different advice than what he had, and overall I felt much more supported and heard by these other firms.
