I rarely ever put up reviews. I came across an ad for David Maloney and good memories came back about this lawyer. I’m no fan of lawyers especially injury lawyers. So this is no BS. I had an accident over a decade ago. Mr Maloney was a fairly new attorney I believe Never ever needed an attorney. Saw the billboard. Call him. And yes. He personally called me back. It was an auto accident Didn’t want money. Just wanted my car fixed. Medical paid for. I really don’t think Mr Maloney made a lot of money on this. But you would never know, because he handled it dam aggressively and kept me informed

After my auto accident, I wasn’t sure where to turn, but David J Maloney with Maloney-Lyons made the process so much easier. While Mr. Maloney could not assist with an Uber situation, I can honestly admit of all the lawyer's I've contacted he was the only lawyer that personally spoke to me on the phone. Mr. Maloney actually checked for ways around to assist me. I wish I would have contacted him for a car accident case I had in 2017 instead of Joe Zazaur and maybe my case would have been better. I was in a vehicle accident and called this firm later asked to press going to court then a week before court suggested I should settle out of CourtI only received 3,703 for the loss of my vehicle and pain and suffering they did not do me just here at this firm at all and the way they talked to me was so discremating I reached out to this law firm for help and they were only concerned about what they were going to benefit from my case I later realized I could have filed a claim against the person that hit me and would have been rewarded

I had to give him 1 star but I definitely did not want to! David J played games my entire case and his office staff were incompetent and never provided updates after my family and I were hit by a 18 wheeler. This was by far the worst experience ever! I do not recommend him as an attorney.

Extremely unprofessional. I would look elsewhere for legal counsel in the Mobile area. Highly disappointed.

Mr. Maloney did personally call me within 30minutes of calling their office, while I was in the ER. His staff and 3 more subsequent personal and professional calls from Mr Maloney wrapped up my Car accident (Hit by a Drunk Driver) in a very reasonable time frame. I got more from my settlement than I ever expected, and I would recommend his office’s services in a heartbeat to other car accident victims!!
