In February of 2024 my son was injured and then neglected at his daycare (he is perfectly fine and healthy now) after I found out about everything I called one of the big billboard lawyers only to be told I didn’t have a case… after doing some research I found David and Philpot. My case is finally closed today and I could not have been happier with the way my sons case was handled. The office staff are so kind and just amazing at their jobs! They really care about my son and how he was doing! In the beginning when he needed medical attention they would send regular emails asking how he was!
