While I haven't yet hired Mr. Siegel, from my initial phone call, he seems knowledgeable and dedicated towards his clients' best interests. After all he advised me to not file for bankruptcy now, which won't generate any revenue for him. He also said I could call back later with questions, and I won't be charged until I actually file through him. So my impression is that he is a great guy.

David M. Siegel and his team turned my life and my financial situation around. I was overwhelmed by credit card debt and loans to the point that almost all of my income was going towards payments that hardly made a dent. "Bankruptcy" as a word is associated with being a personal failure and a last resort, but it exists for a reason and is meant to be a fresh start. David Siegel made me feel at ease after his personal consultation and made me feel like I could get a handle on my life again. He and his team were with me every step of the process, providing thorough information and helping to ease my uncertainties - and I asked a lot of questions! I am now on the other end of my Chapter 7 filing with a smarter outlook on debt management and avoiding past mistakes. With a very affordable and reasonable payment plan for his services, I no longer find myself living with constant unease when I think about my finances. Many of us are struggling right now, but you have options for a fresh start. I cannot recommend reaching out to David Siegel enough.
Since COVID, my finances went downhill really fast, and I was drowning in over $120K of credit card and business loan debt. I fell into a deep depression and honestly thought my life was over.
