Attorney Tommy Carter was an excellent lawyer in resolving my civil law issue. I was referred to him from another attorney at the firm who I initially met in person who informed me that my case was highly complex and he did not have the experience to help me. He contacted Tommy to explain to him my situation to see if he could assist me and Tommy said he could. I found him to be very honest and professional. He did not waste time nor charge extra time to swindle money. He accurately recorded time, but not only that, he resolved my case, even informing me when he felt I was not making a good decision that represented me. It is important to have legal representation to look after your best interest especially during highly stressed periods of emotions of legal issues (not to mention COVID). He was straight, to the point, and resolved my case moreso than what I even originally requested. He kept me updated on my case and also was never late in appointments set to speak to him. They fail to return phone calls in a reasonable time frame. The negotiator didn't know what she was doing. They seem to have a large turnover of paralegals.
