They decided to repeal from my case after I exposed them for having to go for a third time to court to get a fixed schedule between me and my son. Let's start with my experience; David said he'd be 15 minutes before our first session to talk about how things generally work in court... dude pulls up last minute and says nothing, all dude did was open the door and pull out my seat. Pathetic. They treated my case like some kind of package deal behind closed doors, already determining the result before the judge sees anything about the case. They claimed over email we were to finalize the divorce papers on the second session... never happened. Can't even hold up to their word. I've been experiencing complete parental alienation having these people for a full year, and then they told me we have to go back to court for a 3rd session JUST to get a fixed schedule for my son, like that couldn't have happened the first two sessions along with finalizing the divorce papers. Find elsewhere, family law is not a strength with these people apparently. 0 avocation for my rights as a Father, just taking everything for face value from the mother, and somehow the judge believes it all, the lawyers, the attorneys, all of them, without proof.
